I have developed this site as an electronic resource respecting my Law Firm.

I do not gather personal information such as your name, phone number, or e-mail address unless you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting me via e-mail, fax or regular mail. Any personal information you do provide is protected under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act (PIPEDA http://www.privcom.gc.ca/legislation/02_06_01_01_e.asp). I do not use "cookies" to track how my visitors use this site.

Website Visitor information is not disclosed to anyone except my personnel who need the information, e.g. to respond to a request from you.
